Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our objects, Ever Amid Design Inc. does not accept returns. We want you to feel confident in our products prior to placing your order — we are here to answer any questions you may have. 

 

If your order arrived damaged, we would be pleased to assist you in replacing your product. In order to place a claim with the shipping carrier, we require images of the damaged product as well as images of the damaged box and mycelium packaging, both interior and exterior.
