Ever Amid Design Inc. is based in British Columbia, Canada, and all formulas and objects are handmade in our studio or with artisan partners based in British Columbia.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Directly from us. Due to the limited-edition nature of our objects, minimal packaging, and small collections, Ever Amid is not available through stockists at this time.

HOW DO I INCORPORATE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS INTO MY ROUTINE?

Use morning, night, or any time you need a moment of moisture, colour, or breath. The secret to our Ceremonial Protection Treatment is to experiment with the amount your unique skin requires. We suggest applying a thick layer for optimal results.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS IN MY LIPS?

If you follow our Lip Reset Protocol, you should notice a dramatic improvement within three days.

 

ARE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Our formulas are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, but as with any active product you are newly incorporating into your life, it is best to consult with your doctor. 

 

HOW LONG WILL THE 7 ML FORMULA LAST WITH DAILY USE?

With daily use on the lips only, our 7 mL formulas will last three to four months. 

 

ARE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Our formulas are not vegan. We use organic beeswax as a vital base, which provides the unparalleled staying power of our Ceremonial Protection Treatment and Nourishing Rouge Stain. Beeswax is a highly effective humectant that seals in moisture while still allowing your skin to breathe. It is naturally antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal to protect you from environmental irritants, and it acts as a natural stabilizer in our formulas. We source our beeswax from organic farms, and we support a rotation of bee-conservancy nonprofit organizations to ensure we balance what we harvest.

 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Never. Wouldn’t dream of it.

 

IS THERE FRAGRANCE IN YOUR FORMULAS?

No. We add no natural or synthetic fragrance to our formulas. The raw ingredients provide a warm and subtle natural scent with herbaceous undertones, much like a summer afternoon.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHELF LIVES OF YOUR FORMULAS?

We suggest using our formulas to completion within six months.

 

HOW DO I STORE YOUR FORMULAS?

Store your vessels away from direct sunlight and excess humidity. Do not store them in the refrigerator, as the formulas are optimized for application at room temperature. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PORCELAIN ONCE EMPTY?

We recommend handwashing your vessel with warm soapy water before reincorporating it into your home.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We ship from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. Pre-orders will ship within 2–3 days of the stated availability date.

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders will arrive 3–5 business days after you receive tracking information. For orders outside of Canada, please allow up to 5–12 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking information. Ever Amid is not responsible for delays due to international customs. Due to COVID-19, many of our carriers are experiencing delays to their standard transit time.

 

WILL THERE BE TAXES AND DUTIES?

Ever Amid ships from our studio in Canada and is not responsible for import duties, tariffs, or delays due to international customs. We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our studio.
