HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PORCELAIN ONCE EMPTY?
We recommend handwashing your vessel with warm, soapy water before reincorporating it into your home.
HOW DO I STORE MY FORMULAS?
Store your vessel away from direct sunlight and excess humidity. Do not refrigerate, as our formulas are designed for application at room temperature.
WHAT ARE THE SHELF LIVES OF YOUR FORMULAS?
We recommend using your formula within twelve months of opening for optimal freshness, performance, and integrity of the raw ingredients.
IS THERE FRAGRANCE IN YOUR FORMULAS?
No. We do not add natural or synthetic fragrance to our formulas. We also avoid essential oils, as they can disrupt the skin barrier. The raw ingredients create a subtle natural scent with warm, herbaceous undertones.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No. Ever Amid is firmly opposed to animal testing.
ARE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS VEGAN?
No. Our formulas are made with organic beeswax, which serves as a vital base in both the Ceremonial Protection Treatment and the Nourishing Rouge Stain. Beeswax helps seal in moisture while still allowing the skin to breathe, and it supports the texture, staying power, and stability of our formulas. We source our beeswax from organic farms.
HOW LONG WILL THE FORMULA LAST?
With daily use on the lips only, our Permanent Collection 6 mL formulas typically last 3 to 4 months.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our Permanent Collection Beauty in porcelain is available through Moda Operandi. The rest of our collection is available direct due to the limited edition and custom nature of our objects.
HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS IN MY LIPS?
If you follow our Lip Reset Protocol, you should notice significant improvement within three days.
ARE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?
Our formulas are made with carefully selected botanical ingredients and are considered suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As with any product you are newly incorporating into your routine, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our designs, Ever Amid does not accept returns or exchanges.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our Permanent Collection ships within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Our made-to-order collection, including our gold rings, ships within 4 to 6 weeks of order confirmations.
Once tracking is issued, domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, United States orders within 5 to 12 business days, and international orders within 10 to 45 business days.
Ever Amid is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Will THERE BE TARIFFS AND DUTIES?
Ever Amid ships with the required documentation for goods sourced and produced in Canada.
Where applicable, orders include origin declarations under agreements such as CUSMA and CETA, which support duty- and tariff-free entry. Final assessment, however, is always made by your country’s customs agency and may be affected by changing regulations and import policies.
Ever Amid is not responsible for import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or taxes. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order, as we are unable to offer returns or refunds for customs delays, holds, or refused shipments.
