Description
Designed exclusively for the Nourishing Rouge Stain porcelain vessel, the Portable Binding Strap extends the ritual beyond the shelf for use on the move.
Finished with a solid brass closure, the strap secures the vessel for daily movement and travel. Hand-trimmed for precision, it creates a friction-stable fit that protects the porcelain wherever it goes whether in a bag, car, pocket, or travel kit.
The vegetable-tanned leather is produced to a high environmental and material standard. Each strap is finished with a custom beeswax and oil treatment to protect the leather and maintain flexibility.

Your leather will patina over time, gathering a unique story to reflect your particular lived memory.
If the leather stretches to the point of creating a loose fit around your porcelain, you can tighten the hide at home. Place the strap around the porcelain vessel and lightly mist with clean water until damp. Allow it to dry at room temperature, away from direct heat.
Once dry, apply a small amount of leather conditioner to maintain flexibility.
